Project Manager – Client Side (Mixed Use Residential Development)

Location: North West (Greater Manchester)

Salary: Up to £75k

We are looking for Project/ Development Managers to come and work for one of the leading residential developers in the UK.

With a huge pipeline, and as many developments on site, you can be sure to be working on some of the most exciting residential projects around. Projects vary in value from £20m to £100m across Student Resi to Retirement Living and everything in between, so any level of Residential Project Management, ideally high rise, experience will be hugely beneficial.

Your role will be to lead the project team to ensure the delivery of developments from acquisition stage, within time and budget. Key responsibilities include:

• Liaison with the acquisitions team, providing technical input into site appraisals;

• Assemble the project team; identify and appoint suitable consultants and CDMC;

• Develop and submit planning application where required;

• Commission surveys and reports as necessary

• Identify requirements for Section agreements

• Monitor development of cost plan;

• Implement project plans to build deliverables;

Ideal candidates will hold a University Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Surveying or Project Management and will be a member of RICS or CIOB. You will be experienced in delivering construction projects across a range of residential / student / hotel developments, ideally under JCT Design & Build.

The role is North West based and there will be travel required to sites across the country, although there is flexibility in day to day working locations.
