Location: North West Based – Unique £300m project

Project & Programme Management Consultancy

Salary: Up to £80K DOE

We have been instructed exclusively to find an Associate Director Project Manager (or Senior PM looking to step up) for what is set to be one of the most exciting and unique projects in the North West. We are working in partnership with a World Class Property & Programme Management Consultancy who are in a period of huge growth and are looking to expand their North West team with a knowledgeable and aspiring leader.

They are working on multimillion-pound projects within Commercial, Healthcare, Residential, Industrial & much more, so you’ll be assured of a variety in your workload. The particular project on which you will be working initially is a huge ££Multi-Million scheme consisting of Hotels, Leisure and Commercial space, plus some complex infrastructure, so experience in these areas would be a huge advantage, as would an exceptional knowledge of challenging new build construction. You will have the opportunity to lead and manage the client relationship on this huge project.

This is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate to build on the success of the current team and assist in the development of their current and new projects. You will be reporting into the Director of the North West Region and will have the opportunity to work in a team with like-minded professionals in a fast-paced, sociable environment.

 Ideal candidates will have:

- Experience in taking the lead and monitoring all work executed at all stages, ensuring clients have a professional and smooth delivery.

- Experience of working independently, as well as part of a team.

- Experience in managing new and existing client relationships to ensure further work.

- Client-facing experience.

- Experience across a broad range of sectors (Big Commercial/ Residential is advantageous)

- MRICS or MAPM would also be desirable.
