We are looking for someone who can manage the larger elements of maintenance/ minor project work of these incredible buildings once they are complete and in use. This might include conclusion of major defects following PC, boiler replacement, recladding/replacement windows/ small refurbs etc. You will be able to deal with all aspects of the resolution from inspecting the issue, agreeing a solution (with advice from designers), procuring contractors to rectify, managing the works and sign off.

Experience is more important than qualifications in this role, so you will have extensive involvement of all of the above and experience of working in high rise buildings would be advantageous.
