We’re looking for an Associate Director Project Manager to take the reins within a thriving York office and drive delivery on major schemes—from NHS and education developments to affordable housing and commercial builds.

You'll be leading from the front:

• Managing Assistant and Consultant-level team members

• Steering high-profile projects through all phases

• Building client relationships and growing business opportunities

• Collaborating on everything from £10k refurbishments to multi-million-pound schemes

We're after someone with solid experience in:

• Local Government and Public Sector delivery

• Education and Health (NHS/P22 experience a bonus!)

• Commercial and housing developments

• BIM know-how would be the cherry on top

• MRICS accreditation is great—but attitude, leadership and real project delivery skills matter more.
