An £100+ MILLION Commercial Fit Out Project in the heart of Manchester City Centre! This project will not only be worthwhile, but once you’ve had an involvement in this project, you’ll be proud to say “I made that project come to life”.

  
The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be involved in all stages of this complex fit out scheme. This will be one of the most monumental fit out schemes in Manchester City Centre to date.

This opportunity will give you all you need to widen your project portfolio, work with a reputable client and be a part of a team of close-knit professionals, advancing each other’s skill set to achieve the same goal. This position offers a clear path for career progression and plenty of bonus potential!
  
The Person

·       Proven Project Management experience in a Real Estate /Construction Consultancy or related field

·       Build and manage client/stakeholder relationships

·       Ability to work successfully individually & in a team

·       Adequately challenge project procedures for the benefit of the project

·       Ability to apply working knowledge of contract forms

·       Actively control project change

·       Driven and motivated demeanour

·       Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

·       Confidentiality advise aspects of PM delivery
