Asset Manager – Client Side

C. £45,000 salary / + bonus / car allowance / 25 days annual leave

We are looking for an Asset Manager to join one of our clients, who are not only leaders in their field, but operate a European portfolio of over 3000 assets and an exciting expansion strategy. You’ll be managing their UK portfolio of over 140 assets, reporting directly to the Head of Real Estate and Acquisitions.

Along with identifying areas of asset optimisation within the existing estate, you’ll be assisting with critical business functions.

The role will include, but not be limited to:

·       Implement value enhancing asset management ideas/schemes.

·       Responsibility of Landlord & Tenant related work.

·       Undertaking of negotiations with potential tenants and where appropriate, existing tenants.

·       Manage the critical path of HOTs and legal due diligence where applicable.

·       Assist with identifying new business opportunities for the expansion strategy of the business.

Ideal requirements:

·       MRICS, not essential, but desirable

·       Degree qualification

·       Proven experience in leasing and/or asset management.

·       Knowledge of relevant legislation for commercial leases

·       Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

·       IT literate with good Excel skills.

You will be highly motivated and have the ability to manage a large workload and have the proven ability in working to tight timescales.
