Property Manager Up to £45,000 + Car Allowance, Package & Benefits Leeds- UK wide travel
We are excited to announce our partnership with a leading client side firm who are committed to providing exceptional service for their clients and customers.
With over 3,000 locations across Europe, they are constantly expanding and need an experienced Property Manager to assist with the daily business functions and growth of the business, ensuring the highest level of customer care and maximising revenue opportunities.
The Role:
- Management day-to-day activities of the circa 80 strong leased portfolio across the UK.
- Implement and enforce company polices and procedures to ensure efficient safe operations.
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements and maintenance standards.
- Undertake negotiations with potential tenants and existing tenants where appropriate.
- Manage the critical path of HOTs and legal due diligence where applicable.
- Assist and manage any new business opportunities for the expansion strategy of the business.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants and local authorities.
- Handle customer and client inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety and compliance with regulations.
Ideal Requirements:
- Chartered Surveyor- MRICS preferred
- Degree qualification
- 3+ years post qualification experience
- Experience within Property Management / Leasing
- Knowledge of relevant legislation for commercial leases
- Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities
- Highly motivated and proven ability to work in tight timescales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- IT and Excel literacy
